Adrenal Mineral Mocktail

But when we’re chronically stressed, our cells burn through our minerals FAST. And our bodies really FEEL this. I’m talking:

- Pick a vitamin C base
- Add some potassium and magnesium

- 1 serving magnesium threonate or magnesium glycinate powder
- 16-20 oz ice water
