The Liv Nourished Method is a root-cause, whole-woman approach to health that prioritizes clarity, context, and partnership with the body. It combines advanced functional nutrition with deep nourishment, nervous system–aware care, and an understanding of how modern life shapes female physiology.  This work focuses on creating the conditions the body needs to respond — steadily, intelligently, and sustainably. The Liv Nourished Core is a private, high-touch coaching container for women navigating hormone, metabolic, and fertility challenges who are ready for clarity, depth, and a more coherent way of supporting their bodies.

Every partnership opens with a comprehensive functional health assessment.
We take time to understand your full story — symptoms, cycles, digestion, stress patterns, nourishment history, lifestyle, beliefs, and lived experience. This context is essential for interpreting everything that follows. This step sets the tone: thoughtful, thorough, and grounded.

Most women have never received the testing needed to create real direction.
We use advanced functional lab testing — selected intentionally, not excessively — to clarify your unique biochemical picture. Depending on your goals, this may include hormone testing, gut assessment, mineral status, metabolic markers, and bloodwork.

What is Functional Medicine Nutrition?

Functional medicine nutrition takes a whole-body approach to health. Instead of just managing symptoms, I dig deeper to uncover the root causes of your concerns. For example, if you’re dealing with constipation, a conventional approach might suggest increasing fiber, fluids, or using an over-the-counter laxative like Miralax. A functional approach, on the other hand, asks, "Why is this happening?" and works to restore balance by addressing underlying factors—like gut imbalances, stress, detoxification, motility support, and nutrient deficiencies.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I don’t accept insurance directly. However, I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I accept HSA/FSA and payment plans are also be available to help make my services more accessible.

Do you offer single, one-off appointments?

At Liv Nourished, our approach focuses on creating lasting change, which requires time and commitment. As such, we do not offer one-off appointments. However, single sessions may be available through special annual Deep-Dive offers—giving you a taste of our unique approach and the work we do together.

What happens when the program ends?

When the program ends, our goal is to ensure you have the tools, knowledge, and resources to maintain and continue integrating your progress independently. That being said, everyone's journey is unique, and when continued support is needed beyond the 4 months, we’re here for you. We offer follow-up options and maintenance plans to keep you on track with your health goals.

Do you work with clients virtually or only in person?

I work with clients virtually, allowing me to support individuals no matter where they are located. My virtual model provides flexibility while maintaining a high level of personalized care.
