If you’ve been feeling the weight of this season in your body, EFT tapping for women’s health may be the mind-body tool that helps you finally exhale.
EFT Tapping for Women’s Health: Healing the Emotional Layer

Let’s be honest.
This start to the year has been… a lot.
Almost every close friend and client I’ve spoken to is navigating something heavy right now.
Unexpected symptom flares. Relationship shifts. Fertility loss. Business pressure. Body changes. Grief. Uncertainty.
It feels like collectively, we’re in it.
The Emotional Layer Most Health Plans Miss
And when seasons are like this, we don’t just need another supplement.
We need tools.
Life tests us.
We navigate difficult seasons that drive up emotion in a lot of ways — grief, disappointment, anger, fear, pressure, uncertainty.
And when we don’t know how to work with that emotion —
when we stuff it down,
ignore it,
over-intellectualize it,
or shut down so we don’t have to feel it —
it doesn’t just disappear.
It lives somewhere.
And over time, that unprocessed emotion can resonate in the body as dis-ease. It can fuel imbalances that go far beyond what diet and lifestyle alone can address.
As women in our society, we carry a lot.
Societal pressure.
High standards.
Productivity expectations.
Body image narratives.
Limiting belief systems.
Hormone shifts.
Fertility unknowns.
Health changes across seasons of womanhood.
These layers influence the body just as much as food and supplements do.
This is the side of my women’s health work that has quietly become foundational — addressing the emotional and subconscious layers influencing health.
One of the tools I use with clients in this space is EFT tapping.

What is EFT tapping?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or “Tapping” is a mind-body practice that combines principles of psychology with Traditional Chinese Medicine. By tapping on acupressure points along the body’s meridian pathways while focusing on a specific emotion or belief, we engage both the brain and the body to release stored stress and restore energetic balance.
What does tapping look like?
We begin with a guided conversation to uncover the real layer underneath — the belief, history, or emotional charge connected to what you’re experiencing. Then I guide you in gently tapping on specific meridian points while we speak directly to that issue using your own words.
What is the goal of tapping?
The goal of EFT is to help clients process and release stuck energy associated with past experiences, beliefs, or emotions. By gently working through these layers, clients can experience a reduction in stress, greater emotional balance, and a sense of personal freedom. Practically, this also means calming the stress response, lowering emotional intensity, and helping the brain and body safely reprocess stored experiences so they no longer drive tension, triggers, or chronic imbalance.
When we tap together, I’m not handing you a script.
I’m listening closely to the exact language you use — the phrases, the fears, the frustrations, the quiet thoughts you may not have said out loud before — and we work directly with that. Because your nervous system responds to what feels true.
Instead of correcting the emotion or trying to think your way out of it, we acknowledge it. And from that place of honesty and safety, your body can begin to soften.
This work doesn’t replace nutrition, lab testing, or foundational care. It supports the layer that is often influencing those patterns underneath — the stress response, the belief systems, the emotional charge the body has been carrying for years.
Because health isn’t just what you eat, what supplements you take, or what your labs say. It’s also how safe you feel in your body, how you speak to yourself, and how you process fear, anger, grief, and frustration as they arise.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about becoming more present.
Acknowledging instead of suppressing.
Allowing your body to exhale.
And from that place — healing moves differently.
