Here’s the truth: our current system often leaves women in the dark. It’s focused on treating symptoms or offering quick fixes rather than diving deep into the root causes of fertility challenges. But real, lasting progress happens when we work with the body—not against it.

When we think about fertility, we often focus solely on conception—aka “let’s get pregnant.” But fertility is so much more than that. It’s a reflection of your overall health, shaped by your hormones, nutrition, stress levels, and more.

Many of the most common fertility obstacles go unaddressed in conventional care, including:

  • Cycle imbalances (like PCOS, endometriosis, or missing periods) signaling deeper hormone disruptions.
  • Nutritional deficiencies that limit your body’s ability to maintain healthy digestion, absorb nutrients, and support optimal thyroid and sex hormone function.

10 Signs Your Fertility May Need Support

Your symptoms are more than surface-level frustrations—they’re important signals your body is sending. Below are some of the most common signs and symptoms that suggest your fertility could benefit from deeper diet and lifestyle support.

1. You Have a Missing Period

A previously regular period that has now disappeared (secondary amenorrhea) signals a need to focus on hormone balance. Dedicating 3–4 months to optimizing your diet and lifestyle can help reset your cycle and prepare your body for conception.

2. Your Menstrual Cycle Symptoms Are Intense

Heavy, painful, unpredictable, or irregular cycles suggest your hormones need support. A healthy, consistent cycle is foundational for both conception and a more comfortable pregnancy.

3. You Have PCOS, Fibroids, or Recently Stopped Birth Control

In this step, you’ll learn to identify and track important cycle signs—like cervical mucus, basal body temperature, and ovulation timing—so you can better understand your fertile window and optimize your body’s natural rhythm.
  • Step 3: Identify and address root cause barriers. Conventional approaches often miss critical factors like nutrient deficiencies, gut imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, and other hidden challenges that affect fertility. This step focuses on advanced testing and a personalized approach to uncovering what’s standing in your way and taking actionable steps to resolve it.
