Resistant Starch Green Smoothie
A green smoothie with excellent sources of resistant starch to improve your gut health!
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 banana green (unripe)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1 piece ginger thumb sized, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 lime juiced
- water as needed
