A green smoothie with excellent sources of resistant starch to improve your gut health!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana green (unripe)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1 piece ginger thumb sized, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • water as needed

  • Blend ingredients, adding water as needed
