Snickerdoodle Smoothie

A delicious smoothie that is an excellent source of resistant starch!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 banana use a green banana for an extra source of resistant starch!
  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats soaked
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients and serve with cinnamon on top
