Prebiotic Almond Butter Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil OR MCT Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Tigernut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp Cacao Bibs (For sprinkling)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Warm coconut oil if using.
  • Stir all ingredients together.
  • Portion into mini silicon peanut butter cup molds.
  • Chill in the freezer until hard.
  • Store in the freezer for freshness!
